The Minneapolis Institute of Art seeks a Head of Facilities responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operations and maintenance of the physical plants and grounds for the main museum building (439,577 sq ft) as well as several ancillary properties. This position ensures a safe, accessible and welcoming environment for visitors, staff and volunteers and makes certain that building systems are operating at top efficiency for preservation and safe keeping of the works of art. This position is responsible for establishing maintenance standards, policies and procedures for current and any future properties. Creates awareness of and support for sustainability strategies and implements them across the museum. Develops and implements short/medium/long term capital repair and replacement plans.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is currently seeking a Capital Project Engineer to assist the Director of Engineering, Facilities and Operations (Director) and The Capital Project Manager in day-to-day management of a variety of Museum Facilities Master Plan capital projects including: coordination of the MEP design, related construction activities, and project schedule. The Capital Project Engineer will assist the Director and Capital Project Manager with the Museum’s priorities in working with outside consultants and contractors. In this role the Capital Project Engineer will interface with the Architecture and Engineering Consulting Firms of the Museum’s Facilities Master Plan.

The Atlanta History Center’s facilities maintenance provider, Sodexo, is seeking a new Facilities Operations Director for the Atlanta History Center and the Margaret Mitchell House. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of building maintenance and building systems (HVAC and general Electrical). The Atlanta History Center is a history museum and research center located in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia. The AHC campus is 33-acres and features historic gardens and houses located on the grounds, including Swan House, Tullie Smith Farm, and Wood Family Cabin.
